Greg is a facilitator not a consultant.  A consultant looks to see what works at other companies then implements a program or system based on results from external companies.  A facilitator knows that you know your company best, so you have all of the insight needed to get to where you want to go.  A Facilitator is then tasked with leading a team through a process and asking the appropriate questions along the way to tease out the right answer through the weeds.
